Can't add a new product manually

Hello,

We've noticed that on one of our solutions, it is not possible to add a new product in a group from the back-end (the button is greyed both on right click and in the ribbon), even for an Administrator. The option "Disable creation of new product / variant" is disabled so I wonder what else could cause this. The version is 8.7.2.8.

It sounds like a license limitation. What license and how many products do you have?

That was it, we arrived at the maximum number for the licence :)
