[RMA] - Comments

Hi Guys,

On the RMA detail when I choosed "Defective or Exchange" on  the request type I found the following issue:
​  - I tried to add multiple products and comments at the same time to the request, but just one of them is saved.

Did anyone had this problem?

Dynamicweb version: 8.8.1.3

It could be an error in the template. How many form tags do you have? Does the form tag suround all the lines?

Hi Nicolai,

I just have one form tag surounding all the lines. (code in attachment)

Hi all,

Ricardo,

When you create RMA of Defective or Exchange type then one new RMA is created for each of the product selected/commented, It's feature (the same behaviour is if you create RMA in backend of existing order). I've tested the feature on my test environment based on DW8.8.1.1 version with base RMA details template and have the expected behavior. In your case you should check other RMAs in the list to find rest products have been selected (as per your video ihey are under RMA 141, probably). Please, follow http://manual.dynamicweb-cms.com/Default.aspx?ID=7517#31499 to find out more info about RMA.
