Hi,

DW offers the possibility to make a page "http" or "https", forced or not. These buttons at Page Properties (Default/Force SSL/Un-force SSL) are available to me as Administrator, but the customer doesn't see these buttons.

What settings determine who gets to see these buttons?

That setting is only available for Admins and Administrators (setting on the user). It was introduced a long time ago because someone filed it as a bug and it went through. I'll be happy to change it... It does not make a lot of sense to limit the setting. TFS#24343, in 8.9
