Hi guys,

Just got an error message: 

Dynamicweb.eCommerce.Prices.PriceInfoCurrencyException

 

Here is a screenshot.

This error pops out in the Check-out (cart moule paragraph).

 

On DW forum, not that much info about this error message so far.

Any idea, what can be wrong here, or what this error might be realted with?

Hi Dmitrij

Could confirm that the version you are using are version 8.7.0.9 or is it version 8.8.0.9 ?

Also please empty your cart on the user before starting new test

Professional 2014 version 8.7.0.9 - Custom

 

Empty shopping cart (cartcmd=emptycart) did not help.

Start empty session via incognito mode, did not help either.

No custom code that has anything to do with cart or price provider.

Hi Dmitrij

In the orderflow do you use a login ? If so is there a currecy set on the user ?

Could you change the site to a recomended version and try again.

If this still is a problem, then please create a support case about this

Hi Kristian,

You are saying "recomended version" what version exactly you have in mind?

You mean one you have as "stable" in DW downloads?

I mean "Recomended version" as stated in Download on Engage:

http://developer.dynamicweb.com/downloads.aspx

The version you should try is at this moment is 8.7.2.8

Strange, but now I experiencing this issue only in  Firefox.

But I think we will continue with this one on engage support.
