Create Orders From Backend

Is it possible to create orders directly in the backend ? i want to use this since i am creating a data integration module that uses the order provider as a source provider and i have then created a custom provider to handle the information, but for the moment i am getting an error that there are no active mappings, which i read was because i had no orders. which kinda makes sense

No, that is not possible I'm affraid. Best option is to make a hidden page with the cart module somewhere in the solution for creating orders.

Ok thanks a lot, if not i'm guessing you could also add the information directly into the database for testing purposes since i'm running this on localhost.
