Mail from dynamicweb CMS ends up in junk

Hi

We have a problem, that all the emails sent from our costumers websites, as well as our own site - end up in junk. We have tried to fix the problem, setting up SPF records etc. as adviced by HostNordic, but this does not solve the problem. So this is sort of my last hope, that some of you have had the same issues - and solved the problem.

The problem occurs both with forms module, as well as Newsletter V3

Our solution is www.sendistovan.fo, and the problem has gotten "bigger" since we started using office365 mail.

Hope someone has solved this, or has some advice?

regards, Hans

Hi Hans

You can create a free account at sendgrid.com (https://sendgrid.com/free)and add that to your SMTP settings in the management center.

We might have an account you can use - will check it out tomorrow.

Hi Hans

Multiple SPF records are not recommended and may cause delivery and spam classification issues.

You have two SPF records, start combining them to one single SPF record and remove all unnecessary IPs.

You are also using: “v=spf1 include:spf.hostnordic.com” please change this to: "v=spf1 include:spf.hostnordic.com ~all".

So changing too a new service like https://mandrillapp.com/ will not solve your problem, office365 will still classify your SPF as invalid.

It is also a good idea to add your domain as safe sender in office365: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2545137

Ok, thank you

Now we only have one SPF record, and it looks like this v=spf1 ip4:184.106.9.6 ip4:81.95.243.142 ip4:94.231.103.101  include:spf.protection.outlook.com include:_spf.google.com include:_spf.createsend.com -all include:spf.hostnordic.com ~all"

This should be ok?

Hi Hans

It looks good. If you still have problems receiving after changing your SPF, please open office365.com -> Office 365 admin center -> Exchange -> Mail Flow -> Message trace. Here it should be possible to find rejected e-mails with more info.
