Receipt URL tag with Authorize.net

Hi,

 

Looks like we are having an issue with the Receipt URL in the order confirmation emails when paying with Authorize.net.

 

We were expecting the URL to send the user to the cart page, but it sends them to the payment provider aspx page instead. Because payment was already performed, you get "No order id submitted" instead of the actual receipt page.

What do the page look like that you get?

Hi Merethe,

 

The page only says "No order id submited".

 

We are using this tag in the order confirmation email, allowing people to open it in a browser. We are using the standard relay templates. The relay after the payment is ok. It's just the link in the email that we have a problem with
