Bu using the Dynamicweb.Modules.UserManagement.UserAddress API.

var adr = new Dynamicweb.Modules.UserManagement.UserAddress();
adr.Address = "some street 35";
adr.Zip = "90210";
adr.UserID = 12;
adr.Save();
