Add tag for number of orders to rendering of RMA

Hi there,

In the customer center I display a list of RMAs along with the option to create a new RMA. I would like yo hide the New button when there's nothing to return. That is, when the customer doesn't have any orders. Can a tag be added that determines if a customer has orders and/or one with the order count?
