Im trying to set up the integration between DW and pacsoft, bur having a hard time getting it to work.

I have followed the steps described here: http://manual.dynamicweb-cms.com/Dynamicweb-On-line-Manual/Management-Center/eCommerce/Orders/Shipping/General-tab/Shipping-Provider-Post-Danmark.aspx

And followed the flow describered here: http://developer.dynamicweb.com/forum.aspx?PID=48&ThreadID=31682 for creating the document.

As DW do not give much response to what is going on i have had a look in Fiddle, and there i can see that there is an exeption

[WebException: The remote server returned an error: (403) Forbidden.]
   System.Net.HttpWebRequest.GetResponse() +1390
   Dynamicweb.eCommerce.Cart.ShippingProviders.OrderDocument.CreateShippingDocument(Order order) +477
   Dynamicweb.eCommerce.Cart.ShippingProviders.PostDanmark.CreateShippingDocument(Order order) +491
   Dynamicweb.Admin.eComBackend.CreateShippingDocuments.CreateShippingDocumentAJAX() +240
   Dynamicweb.Admin.eComBackend.CreateShippingDocuments.HandleAjax() +50
   Dynamicweb.Admin.eComBackend.CreateShippingDocuments.Page_Load(Object sender, EventArgs e) +38
   System.Web.UI.Control.OnLoad(EventArgs e) +95
   System.Web.UI.Control.LoadRecursive() +59
   System.Web.UI.Page.ProcessRequestMain(Boolean includeStagesBeforeAsyncPoint, Boolean includeStagesAfterAsyncPoint) +2952

Any idea of what is going on ? Have pacsoft changed there API ?

/Kenneth

Hi,

I can't reproduce that it doesn't work.

This is from a test soltion with 8.7.2.5 (but I know partners that use Pacsoft (live) on solutions running the latest 8.6.1):

Shipping documents are created and sent to Pacsoft (unifaun). The details are also stored in EcomOrders: http://screencast.com/t/iA9iYQ8jva

Kind regards,
Merethe

Hi

now i have gotten it to work. The problem was that there was no weight/prices fees set on the provider.

If we want to use pacsoft and give the customer the posibility to also choose a servicepoint, can that be done.

As i see it, if we set the delivery address to a servicepoint then it is that adress that is sent to pacsoft, and that is no good, as then pacsoft have no idea of who who the actual reviever should be.

Regards, Kenneth
