Hi,

I have a question from a customer. Is it possible to use just part of the gift card amount?

For example: My order is 100€, my gift card is for 50€, but I only want to use 10€ from it

Hi Nuno,

No - when processing an order, DW will always use as much as possible from the giftcards that have been added to it.

Just to be sure, is there a way to override that, subscribing to a notification perhaps?

Hi Nuno,

As you probably suspect, we have not added any extensibility points in the handling of giftcards.
