Item list with multiple items

It would be very useful if it was possible to select multiple item in a "Item list".
I did a quick sketch-up on how it might look.

The customer wants to create a list with either a text or an image with the possibility of create multiple items in a row.

Then make it a combined item they insert with an option "text" or "image" as a radio button. Then you create 2 other groups of fields on the item and only display the group relevant to the text or image setting. In that way you need only one template and can do it with one item type.

Awesome, I diden't see the "Show only if" option on group settings.
