What would be the best practice to deal with Newsletter subscription without having to use workarounds?
I am trying to subscribe users to newsletter planning to use Email Marketing functionality.
I tried to use the Extranet module with the option to Subscribe but it forces me to provide Username and Password for every subscriber.
I know we can do some tweaks with javascript to mimic username and password for the system but I thought I should ask first if there is any "built in" functionality since the Email Marketing is still on focus nowadays.
