We have an eCom solution with a lot of products with variants. The different variants have to have the same description without the admin having to copy-paste the teasertext / descriptions from the main-product to all the variants.
How can we do that? Currently we have to copy-paste all the teasertexts / descriptions from the main-product to all the variants.
We have to do this regardless of the settings in the management center / ecommerce / advanced configuration / fields.
I have not worked with the notification subscribers – but could it be done using them? For example setup a field with a check box ‘copy description to variants’ and then on Save – copy the description to all the variants.
If there is a way to do this without having to custom code anything it would be highly appreciated.
