Update stock with Data Integration

Hi Guys,

I need to teach a user of my client to update stock using and excel file.

The problem is that the client only knows the Product number for the variants and not the ProductID.

Does anyone know if Data integration can handle this type of update based on ProductNumber and Stock?

Considering the file will only have the products that have stock, how should I reste to zero the stock to all the other products that are not in the file?

Hi Adrian,

Sure. As long as the ProductNumber is unique across all rows in the database, you can set up an integration activity where ProductNumber is selected as key.

Actually, it is not. The solution is multi country and each country has it's set of products.

The unique combination would be Shop and ProductNUmber. Will it work in this case as well?

Yeah, as long as both columns are marked as keys, it should be fine.
