RE: Lead Tool features

Hi,

One of our clients recently requested some new features in the OMC Lead Tool.

  • Select a page and see a list of potential leads, who have visited this particular page on a given day/series of days.
  • In the "Pages visited" for a potential lead, it would be nice to have the option of selecting a view, where the pages are listed in the order of which the user visited them. So you can see the navigation path on the site for this particular user.

I hope this makes sense and will be possible to implement in a future release.

Have a nice day

Hi Jens Jakob

I believe the lead tool can do that already. On the advanced filtering tab, you can choose the page for which you want to see leads. See dump.

When you click the info icon, the list of pages visited are displayed in the order they where browsed.

Hope this helps, Nicolai

Hi Nicolai,

Thanks, somehow I completely missed the option to select a page? That works fine.

I did not know that the pages are listed in the order of appearance, I suspected it might have been an aggregated view listing the pages according to the view-count. But I guess when you revisit a certain page during the same visit, the page is only presented once in the list. It is not shown each time it has been accessed frontend, but it keeps its position in the list where it was accessed the first time.

Is that correct?

Hi Jens Jakob

If you visit a page 10 times, it should be 10 times in the list. If you F5 the page having multiple views of the same page after each other, it might be included.
