Is it possible to provide answers with points instead of true/false? Or are there other modules you will recommend for this purpose like "Forms for editors" or "Item creator"?

Hi Jakob

You cannot.

I would suggest an item with item creator and a Razor template for this purpose. Use the template to page the survey, use an item publisher to publish the results if needed.
