Missing products in assortment

One of our clients complain about missing products in one of the assortments, and I cant find out why there are missing products.
Our setup is like this.

  • Assortment A
    • "Include subgroups" = True
    • "Attached shop" = SHOP1
    • Index rebuilt frequently

The product is not visible in the list over products in the assortment, but it is in "All products" and is connected to "SHOP1".
So in my opinion the product should be connected to the assortment automatically.

If we add it manually by "Attach products" it works fine, but it is not discovered using "Attached shops".

Any clues on what might be wrong?

Hi Martin

This seems a bit strange. Could you create a supportcase on Engage so supporters could have a chance to look at the website and setup.
