Hi,

We have one customer they have two websites, in the first is OK the emails in the cart (when have one order the system are sending emails to the owner and to the customer)
The second website, the order are not sending to the customer, but is sending to the owner.

I changed the setting to send to one specific email than is working... but when I have checked to send to the customer, then this customer are not getting any email. https://georgenelzo.tinytake.com/sf/MTc1Mjg3XzExMDk5MDk

In the logs, when is to one specific person then I have two logs... but when is to Customer, than are not log ( just to the owner ) https://georgenelzo.tinytake.com/sf/MTc1MjgxXzExMDk4ODI
In this case, at 01/06/2015 08:24:50 We have two logs one for the owner loja@us... and one for one specific person. george@hup...
After that, I change to go to the customer... then we have LOG just to the owner.

Someone have any idea?

Hi George

It is a bit difficult to understand what the problem is...

If it is one specific email address that does not receive the email, it sonds like a SMTP server that are being stopped by spam filters or so.

And also make sure that the cart on shop 2, has a field called "EcomOrderCustomerEmail" - it is from that field the customer email is send.

Hi Nicolai,
The email is the same, I'm testing with my personal email.
I've tried two ways in the cart
1) Just sending to one specific person (my email) and to the owner. This work ok...
2) I changed the setting to send one email to the customers and another I'm keeping to the owner... In this case the customer is me with the same email used in the case 1... In this case I'm not getting any emails...
The client report me saying the customers are not getting any emails along one month (we made upgrade in this solution - now is 8.6.1.10)
I that solution... with different website with another cart but the same setup, I'm getting emails in the scenario 2 (when I'm the customer).

I was looking your suggestion about templates... then I found...
Someone has change to empty... now is working again.
