Sign up for e-mail marketing in webshop basket

The e-Com basket/checkout had an option to sign up for Newsletter V3. How can I set this up for E-mail marketing sign up instead.

Hi Per

Email marketing is using a regular user. You can use the "create user" in the "User management" section on the cart paragraph settings to add users to user management - that should do the trick. See dump.
