Open up for custom item field types

Open the entire fields structure so the community could create their own field types on items.

When you do this you should also facilitate a section on developer.dynamicweb.com, when the most popular fieldtypes/modules could be downloaded or even bought.

Hi Sebastian

It is possible to create your own field types by creating an "editor":

http://developer.dynamicweb.com/api8/#Dynamicweb~Dynamicweb.Content.Items.Editors.Editor.html

But granded - we need a repo for developers to share their editors.

Please let us know if you miss any specific field types - we would be glad to add them if they make sense in general usage scenarios.
