Hi,
In modules > websites I have checked "redirect first page to /", but in the sitemap.xml the page appears as "/forside". It would be nice if the sitemap.xml would generate "/" (instead of "/forside") when the "redirect first page to/" is checked.

It is not that simple. Lots of weird rules, but is aware of this.
You can just give the page the wanted URL on the page properties - see screendump.
