Hi,

 

Migrating to items, we can create a bunch of items and item "folders" and even item lists. Despite being abe to group them +/- accuratly, if we could place an item as sub-item of another (structure only), would help us gain a better overview of "what may belong where".

 

Basically, we create an item called "News Categories" and create an Item called "News", and just have them one child of the other. Right now if we try to do this, we'll end up with a "folder" the same name as the Item type "News Categories"

Hi Nuno

Folders are for grouping item types that naturally belongs together.

Having subitems to an item is for inherited item types coming in 8.5 as Mikkel described.

Having items under items that do not inherit will just add confusion, so we will probably not make that feature.
