Avoiding fake e-mail markerting receipients

With the introduction of a fee on the number of e-mail markerting recipients it is relevant to only have real reciepients on the list (and for a lot of other reasons too - yes i know).

Many customers have problems with a lot of fake receipients signing up, probably by a robot.

I would like to avoid this in a safe and user friendly way provided by Dynamicweb.

See examle in attached file..

E-mail marketing module but could also be forms module or the old Newsletter V3 sign up form.

Hi Per

Email marketing does not have a frontend to collect information. Only user management frontend, forms or checkout can do this. So just to understand where this bad is coming from, I would like to know how it is collected.

Ok - thought you meant in general. It was collected with Newsletter V3.

Now we have shifted to e-mail marketing and collecting using User management frontend. Do not know if the problem is here too.

Having the same problem on naturhistoriskmuseum.dk.

They have only used sign up with Usermanagement and have a lot of nonsense mail addresses like xvjazx@yvqign.com in name and e-mail fields.

1.How can we avoid this?

2. How can we find and delete these in an easy way?
The Validate e-mail function only allows to delete the mail address but leaves the user active and with e-mail allowed.
