Feedback on cases in the Support

Hi fellow developers,

At DWTC14 Dynamciweb asked us to give them more feedback on theis service level in the support. I have one idea on how to motivate us a little more :)

Remove all closed cases from the list, and let us start over.
Current we have maybe 100-200 done unrated cased in our list and it's not very motivating to look at the list and know you haven't rated a single one. Empty the list, and let is start rating from now on, with a clean slate.

Ofcourse it might just be us that are slackers, but there might be others.

 

If you have other and better ideas then add them below.

Hi - thanks for input - we are working on a new Engage platform and will take this into consideration. Not all want the cases removed but we will figure something out :-)

Removed / Moved, just gone from first page would be great.

At the moment a lot of cases are in a limbo, the support done with the case, and we've moved on to the next case, and never look back, leaving a lot of cases unfinished and unrated.

Cleaning up the list, motivates people to keep the case list tidy and short.
