8.4.0.3 Data Integration Ecom provider ignore parentid column

Hi, I have updated to 8.4.0.3 on a solution on tryed to run the Data Integration.

Now the ecommmere structure is only one level, as the data integration ignored the parentid column in my datasource.

My datasource is SQL provider and ecom provider as destination, and before updating to 8.4.0.3 it worked.

Hi Kim,

 

We will be needing access to the solution to take a closer look. And also, I'd like for this type of question (suggesting a bug in the product) to arrive as a support case. ;-)

Hi Morten,

Its a local soultion, I think I will role back to 8.3 and wait for 8.4 to be stable

Well - if you can point to a setup that you think may fail, then I think you should let us know. We can't fix a bug we don't know about.  ;-)

yes I know but its really hard to explain, and I can't make screen shots of the customers data. Can I send a mail to you with description and screenshots?

1) Try ditching the old job, setting it up anew.

2) If it still fails: send me e-mail with link to screencast that shows the error you encounter.
