I am setting up a local instance of dynamicweb for development purpose. I've followed the installation guide for DW 8 which i downloaded here:

After some minor bumps, it seems i have the solution up and runinng. Local solution running DW 8.3.1.9 - sql server only.
However, I can't seem to find out, if it is possible, then how to, add standard DW modules, such as: Websites, eCom, Search, Extranet, Email Marketing, etc?
When i browse the "Modules" tab, in the bottom left corner, no modules are displayed (however i can choose to view all installed & non-installed add-on modules). It is only the item publisheder Add-on module that is installed.
When browsing to Management Center => Control Panel => Modules: Nothing happes.
Any help on installing/adding the above mentioned modules are much appreciated.
