Add UI for IndexingBackupUpdate option

When building the Ecommerce index, the option IndexingBackupUpdate can prevent issues by creating the new index in a separate file. Currently, this option can only be set in the GlobalSettings. Can a checkbox in the Index Configuration UI be added to make this more discoverable?
