Mandatory fields in Product Category Fields

Hi,

I've had a request from a customer who would like the opportunity set particular product category fields as mandatory so that authors are required to fill in data.

Asger,

 

If you guys integrate this, please also consider visibility for fields. A lot of our clients have said to be "confused". Some minor webshop editors get overwelmed with the amount of fields. If that were skinned down, would be easier to work with.

 

Maybe a manager panel where we could set the language settings, compulsory settings and visibility settings for all fields?

Even fields like "price" are not always used if the site is more like a showroom for products.

Hi guys - yes that would be nice to have a feature to hide / show fields in the Ecommerce. We are considering this for a future release, but have not decided on a release for now.
