I am having a problem with the Forms (For Data Lists) module. We have been developing a site on our local server, and when we move the site (both database and file set) to the production server all our forms seem to disappear from det backend. The tables in the database are still present, as are all the testdata in them, but it seems that the reference between database table and the forms module is gone.
I can't seem to find where DW is storing this relation, so if anyone could point me in the right direction that would be awesome. So far we have gotten past the problem by using the "Create form from table" function, but that isn't really satisfactory.
