What's the use for the default User Management groups? Brugere, never adopts "Users" by default, and although we can try to delete "All users" and "All extranet users" they are not deleted.
Moreover, these "All (extranet) users" are not automatic, so I see no need for the default ones. We end up creating our own group structure under "Extranet" because it seems more logic/organized.
