Currently it is possible to notify customers when an order changes state (in a flow).
It would be nice to be able to notify other users(list of e-mail addresses) as well - i.e. production/shopmanagers, when fx an order changes from "New" to "In progress" using a custom template.
Basicly copy the functionality from the notification area in the shopping cart - to the notfication area in the Management Center > Ecommerce Orders > Orderflows > choose specific flow and edit new flow entry > Notification area.
