Easier/Faster user search

Hi,

 

- I need to frequently search users

- I always have to go to "All Users" and then search for something

- That DB has +100.000 users (and growsing every day)

 

The problem is that it always takes some time to load. It would be nice if we could simply search on all users, without having to wait for that list to load. A "new" search option for example?

If you guys want to go further, by using the "standard" toolbar, you could include search fields like eCommerce orders to include things like http://volpav.wordpress.com/2009/08/12/user-management-advanced-filtering/
