Hi

 

Having Items Available in Modules amongst other content/library modules as NewsV2 etc, would be more userfriendly than having it in management center since you have the posibility of defining the content/library modules that should be available/visible.

Could you please ellaborate. Not sure I understand what you propose.

 

Item types are defined in management center. Their instances in the page tree/parragraphs. News, Calendar, Faq etc are kind of deprecated because of items (You would use items and item Publisher instead).

Sorry, that was a "Tanketorsk" - Common users are not going to have to be able to create new item types
