Forum V2 upload does not work

Hi,

On version 19.2 I can't get the forum's upload functionality to work. It allows me to select a file, but when I hit the upload button, the screen blinks for a moment and that's it.

The location for the files has been set, but the folder stays empty.

Any suggestions?

Could be permissions on the server.

 

Where is the solution hosted?

It's on a 'private' server (intranet)

Check the event log to see if there is a permission issue. Or the permissions on the folder.

 

First check what user the app pool is running under.

No events in the log, the applicationpool-user has full access to the folder.

Nothing gets written though...

Does the tag need to be at a specific location in the template? I just put in somewhere between the form tags of the post-edit.

That should be enough.

 

what is the enctype of the form? It has to be multipart/form-data.

 

If that is not it, I think I need a link so I can have a look.
