Can I specify minimum amount of product in a cart?

Hi all,

Is there a way inside DW (not using Javascript clientside) to specify that a product can only be put into a cart having the amount of at least 1?

And also, if the customer changes the amount from "1" to ",1"  it should force to be at least 1?
