Have a couple of ideas to improve order flow and also OMC:
It would be cool if we could set up the order flow to automatically send out a follow-up email with eg. trust pilot reminder etc. X days after an order is set to completed. Together with this, it would be great if it was possible to combine this with the voucher module, so a unique voucher was generated for that order and sent to the customer to use on their next order.
For the OMC it would be great if it was possible to create email flow, that automatically could sent email customers that hadn't shopped within X days with a reminder and/or a voucher.
