Order confirmation email

I have a Dynamicweb 7.2 (19.2.8.1) application that has begun to send an
empty order confirmation email to customers when ever they complete an order.

I am trying to determine why this happens, even though there is no email
template defined on the shopping cart module.

Could someone please point me to where in the code (Dynamicweb.dll) this
email is sent?

Hi Christian,

 

Take a look under Management Center | eCommerce | Orders | Order flows. Do you see notifications setup for the New state of the flow?

Thanks Imar, but the issue is with the email sent when a cart changes state into an order. And I forgot to mention that we are using version 1 of the Cart module.

It seems to be an old issue with this version of the ShoppingCart, that it always sends out an email if there is an email address on the order and Management Center | System | System Setup is setup with a valid SMTP server.

The solution must be to remove the email address from the order.
