I'm currently busy implementing RMA in a solution. At this moment I'm changing the standard RMA Details template to our specifications. The problem I'm running into now Is that the're 3 standard RMA types defined:
- Return
- Defective
- Exchange

Is It possible to changes these types? I can't seem to find this option in management center. I was expecting to find an option to do so under Management Center > eCommerce > RMA. I want to be able to translate these types because It's a Dutch solution, which could become multilingual in the future, and I would like to be able to add, change or remove types.
