You have a new user and a new group: you want to give them access to one folder, for example in "Designs"
It would be great if you could go to the folder (e.g "Templates/Designs/NewDesign" and give them rights to this folder. When you do this it automatically allows them to access it through the folders "Templates/Designs" but blocks all other sub folder like "Audit""Calendar""Master"Newsletters".
At the moment you have to let them have access to the folder "Templates" and then block them from the rest :-( Then the folder "Designs" and then block them from the other folder in there.
Really not user friendly - hours of work for nothing really.
