Hi,

I would like the following to be added to the booking module:

1. Add the option to exlude resources, services and calender from beeing bookable in defined date and time intervals.
2. Add the option to dissallow booking of all resources, services and calenders, except for defined date ranges
   
   1.    Option to add resources, services and calender  date and time ranges that are bookable

The above is addons for the current functionality, that allows to specify if weekend should be shown and what time range of the days the calendar will show.

Hope you will consider adding the above into the booking module - i think it will greatly improve the flexibility of the module.
