Is it possible to allow front end access for all (including anonymous), but one user?

I have tried setting the All user to allow, and a user to Deny. But now noone can access the page.

If you set All to allow and a single user to deny, you will not get shown the login-box (unless you are logged in as the user that is denied access).

But in my opinion it won't make much sense to do this, since the user simply will be able to log out and thereby access the page.
