Better way to disable performance comment

Hi DW,

I'm working on a custom solution where i need to disable the performance comment, but since it's a custom solution, i can't do it in the administration.

I get this:


In DW7 i could just go to my Default.aspx and add Visible="false" to the Status literal, but i can't do that in DW8, there is no literal no more.

So what are my options?
And why can't i disable the comment when it's a custom solution?

Hi Martin!
I may be wrong but it look as gui bug. In DW8 performance comment should be disabled in administration, not in Default.aspx.
Add please in Files/GlobalSettings.aspx parameter: /Globalsettings/Settings/DwInclude/DisablePerformanceComment = True
I think it should help
