A customer has requested an integration between the newsletter-module and the existing mailinglist in their Microsoft CRM.
It means that by subscribing - or un-subscribing - through the website/Dynamicweb newsletter module, the list is automatically updated with the mailinglist in the customer's CRM. The customer's wish is, that they can see if a relation in their CRM is subscribing or not.
When subscribing, the receiver fills out a form with the following data:
- Company name (optional)
- Name (optional)
As far as I know, this requires the use of Data List module. But how do we make set set-up, so that the posts from Dynamicweb Newsletter module merges with the mailinglist from the customer's CRM?
