Newsletter V3 questions

Hi,

Some questions about the Newsletter module:

- How does the 'send later' option work. How does this mechanism work at the server and what are the requirements to use this?
- What happens when mails to emailaddresses bounce? Can this been seen in the log?

Hi Ton

The send later option works by the Service Desk setting up a scheduled task on the server that checks every 10 min. for instance. if it it time to send a newsletter, it will be done.
You can validate the e-mail in a given category by clicking validate in the menu. This can remove bouncers.
