Notifications.Standard.Page.OnGlobalTags not firing

Hi,
I have a customsolution on Dynamicweb 19.2.4.3 and tries to use the notification "OnGlobalTags" from Notifications.Standard.Page. But my code never enters the OnNotify method in my derived class. Any idea why the notification is not firing? Shouldn't it fire on every page request?

Oh, found out my self. The problem was I has used wrong parameters for the OnNotify notification! Changed them and it worked as intended.
