Accessing Global Settings

 Hello! :)

The question is fairly simple: what is the most optimal way of accessing the global settings without using the Base-library, after the upgrade to DW8?

Or are we of the incorrect assumption that we shouldn't use the Base-library?

Hi there,

I *think* eventually Base is to become obsolete, or at least many of its methods. However, that's currently not the case. I can't find another way to access global settings so I think (at least for now), using Base is the way to go....
