Create and complete an order in just one step

Hi
How can I make and complete an order in just one step and with just one product? I think I need to use the Ecom API. But which methods can be used and in which order should they be called?

I don't think that's a way to go. Because I need to add a product to the basket and create the order in one step. The customer should be able to hit a link for a product and then the product should be added to an order which should be created at the same time! When the order is created I would programmatically populate it with customer info. In that way the shop has a complete order. The customer has not payed for the order yet, but that's because the customer must pick up the order in a real store and pay for it there.
