Translate: Export a website as XML, translate and import

Hello,

Can anyone recommend a company for doing translations of a complete Dynamicweb website?
Translation is from Danish to German (more languages will follow)

As an addon question, has anyone succesfully used this feature?

I have tried to do an import of an exportet site (modules -> websites -> button: export/import) but i just recieve an error (Testet on both my DW demo and the client solution):
