What folder is included in the Index Server? Is it only the "Filer" folder in the filearchive, or the whole filearchive or ???
And, are subfolders included as well?

If you use the setting /Filer it will allow searches in all folders and sub-folders.  You should create a folder (and sub-folders) for those documents/files you wish to be searchable.
